Benefits

    You have 22 vacation days, with an added day every two years. We also ensure days-off for important life events, and understanding for personal emergencies.

    Even though we love our offices, especially the one in Zagreb’s highest tower, which overlooks the whole city, we also understand the importance of being flexible with your work location.

    In addition to fully paid sick leave, each team member is entitled to full medical check-up every two years, and vision check-up every three years.  

  5. Holiday bonus

    We wish you great holidays with Christmas and Easter bonuses, as well as relaxed summer vacation with our vacation allowance (“regres” in Croatian).  

  6. Baby bonus

    Every new parent can expect a baby bonus, and every parent gets a bonus for children’s Christmas presents.

Selection process

01 Introductory call

We'll check our mutual chemistry, present Moberg’s projects, and go over some details about your previous work and experience.   

02 Technical discussion

You will have a chance to discuss the technology or the area you applied for, show your knowledge, and meet some of our team members.  

03 Final interview

In this round, held with our management or the client directly, you'll gain key insights on projects and culture, and discuss agreement in detail.
